Programs generate services. Programs are evaluated to determine the extent to which a specific program has met certain criteria established by ACIDD Maryland. Based on our experience in working with individuals who have a dual diagnosis of Intellectual or Developmental Disability and Mental Illness, we have grouped important services that revolve around these programs with acceptable standards. We apply best practice standards in providing our program services. Such services are not just limited to the following but are most significant:

Medication Reconciliation
Individuals’ Assessment
Habilitation/Rehabilitation/Treatment Plans
Basic healthcare
Interdisciplinary team
Training of Staff
Crisis Prevention and Intervention
Cultural competency and Family values
Ethics, Rights and responsibilities
Long term Living and Service Coordination
Advocacy and Rights
